Sunsama

Head of AI & Infrastructure · 2020–present

At Sunsama (YC-backed), I pitched and shipped the company's first AI features — automatic task categorization and planned-time prediction — then the systems that followed: AI daily summaries, the public MCP server, Sunny — Sunsama's AI assistant — and realtime voice AI. I also run the platform underneath it all: a resilient Cloud Run deployment and one of the largest vector-search deployments on MongoDB Atlas. Revenue has grown more than 10× since I joined.

ATB Financial — Leap Innovation Lab

Senior Engineer, data lake lead · 2018–2020

Led the architecture and build of the innovation lab's data lake at one of Canada's largest banks — including the tooling for data discovery, analysis, and machine learning on top of it.
